Calling all adventurous campers who love exploring Asian culinary arts and culture!

Embark on an unforgettable journey this summer with the 2025 “Yummy” Summer Camp! This unique program is more than an educational experience—it’s a cultural and culinary adventure that expands your horizons, deepens your understanding of Chinese traditions, and creates lifelong memories.

Hosted by the Miami Test Center, Asian Culinary & Art Institute (ACAI), and the American Culinary Federation’s Asian Chefs Alliance (ACA), this immersive camp combines hands-on culinary training, cultural exploration, and exciting outdoor activities.

Program Overview

• Theme: Chinese Culinary and Cultural Immersion
• Host University: Jiangsu Normal University (www.jsnu.edu.cn)
• Duration: 2 weeks | June 15–29, 2025

Program Highlights:

• Culinary & Cultural Immersion: Master Chinese cuisine while diving into language and traditions.
• Discover Your Talents: Join music, dance, or martial arts programs to showcase your creativity.
• Hands-on Learning: Explore Oriental culinary arts and tasting.
• Explore Iconic Cities: Tour Xuzhou & Shanghai.

Camp Location:  Jiangsu Normal University, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China 

Eligibility:

• Age: 15–28 years old
•  Nationality: U.S. Citizens
• Language Requirement: None
• Capacity: 18

Fees:

• Registration Fee: $100 per person (Nonrefundable)
• Camp Fee: $500 per person
• Early Bird Camp Fee: $400 per person (Register before February 15, 2025)

Refund Policy: 

• The Camp Fee is fully refundable if canceled before April 30, 2025.

What’s Included:

• Program activities, lodging, meals, local transportation, camp materials, insurance, camp certificate and China visa application.

What’s Not Included:

• Round-trip airfare (Group ticket discounts available).
